Website Support & Maintenance

Monthly care plans that keep a site secure, updated and working properly: scheduled patches, backups, monitoring, small fixes and a direct line to a developer when something breaks. Available white-label for agencies' client sites.

Overview

Most site problems are just delayed maintenance

A site that isn't actively maintained doesn't usually break all at once. It decays quietly: a plugin falls out of date, a dependency has a known vulnerability nobody patched, a broken form goes unnoticed for weeks. By the time it's visibly a problem, it's often more expensive to fix than it would have been to just keep current.

We put sites on a scheduled update cycle for core, plugins and dependencies, handle the small bug fixes and improvements that come up between bigger projects, and keep an eye on uptime and errors so problems get caught early instead of reported by a client.

Plans come in three levels: Essential for updates, backups and monitoring; Growth, which adds monthly development hours for improvements; and Priority, with faster response times and a monthly accessibility and performance check. Agencies can put their whole client list on one plan, billed to the agency and delivered under the agency's name.

What's included

Kept current, not left until something breaks

Scheduled security updates

Core, plugin and dependency updates tested on staging and applied on a regular cycle, with daily off-site backups.

Bug fixes & small improvements

The steady stream of small requests that come up on a live site, handled without needing a separate project each time.

Uptime & error monitoring

Problems flagged and looked into before a client or customer notices and reports them.

A direct support channel

A real person to reach when something breaks, not a ticket into a queue with no visibility.

Questions

Common questions about maintenance plans

5 questions

What's actually included in a maintenance plan?

Scheduled security and dependency updates, monitoring for uptime and errors, and an allotment of time each month for small fixes and improvements. Larger feature work is scoped separately, but stays easy to add since we already know the site.

How fast do you respond to urgent issues?

We'll agree on response expectations upfront based on how critical the site is to your business, and prioritize genuinely urgent issues (site down, security incident) ahead of routine maintenance work.

Can you maintain a site you didn't build?

Yes, most of our maintenance clients are sites we didn't originally build. We start with a short audit to understand what's there before taking on ongoing responsibility for it.

Do you offer white-label care plans for agencies?

Yes. We maintain your clients' sites under your brand, report to you rather than the client, and price by the number of sites, so the plan grows with your client list rather than being negotiated site by site.

Is hosting included?

Not by default, we can recommend and help set up hosting, or work with whatever you already have. Maintenance covers the site itself, not hosting infrastructure, unless we've specifically agreed to include it.

Ready to get started?

Tell us about the site and how it's currently maintained.

Whether it's had regular attention or none at all, send the details and we'll come back with a maintenance plan and a fixed monthly rate.

Start with a quick audit to see exactly where things stand.

From $69/month, fixed before we start. NDA signed before we see anything.
