Our Process

Six steps, and you always know which one you're in.

What we need from you at each stage, what we're doing with it, and what comes back — so nobody has to chase anyone for a status update.

  • Fixed estimate before any code
  • Staging link, not a big reveal
  • Answers from the people building it

How a project runs

  1. Send Us the Details

Share the designs, requirements, timeline and any technical notes. We'll review everything and come back with questions where needed.

  2. Agree on Scope and Timing

Once the details are clear, we'll confirm the cost, timeline and deliverables before development starts.

  3. We Start Building

Our team begins development and follows your preferred workflow, tools and coding standards.

  4. Review the Progress

You can review the work on staging and send feedback through Slack, Figma, BugHerd, Markup.io or your usual project-management tool.

  5. Testing and Final Checks

Before delivery, we check the design, responsiveness, browser compatibility, forms, functionality and overall performance.

  6. Launch and Support

We can hand over the completed project, help with launch, or continue with updates and maintenance after the site goes live.

The Pixel2HTML way

What stays the same on every project

Current, not chasing trends

React, Next.js, Shopify, WordPress, or something more specific to your stack — we use whatever the project actually calls for, not whatever's newest.

Details get checked, not assumed

Spacing, states, breakpoints and edge cases are checked against the design file during QA, not eyeballed at the end.

A team that replies

Questions and feedback go to the people actually building the project, not a ticket queue with a rotating cast behind it.

Questions

Common questions about the process

What do you need from us to start?

Your design files or a clear written brief, plus any technical specifics that matter. The more complete it is upfront, the more accurate the first estimate will be.

How do we give feedback during the build?

Through Slack, Figma comments, BugHerd, Markup.io or whatever your team already uses. Everything is reviewed on a live staging link, not screenshots.

What happens after delivery?

You get the finished code and a demo to review. Bugs found after delivery are fixed at no charge; new feature work gets its own scope and estimate.

Can the timeline change mid-project?

If the scope changes, yes, and we'll tell you before it affects the timeline, not after. Nothing gets added to the invoice without agreeing on it first.

That's the process. Want to start one?

Share your designs or requirements and we'll come back with a fixed estimate and a realistic timeline.
