Do you work directly with our clients?
No. We work under NDA as a white-label partner and stay behind the scenes. Communication happens with your team, and nothing we deliver carries our name unless you want it to.
How fast can you start on a new project?
Most projects can start within a few days of a scoping call. If something is urgent, say so upfront, and we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic.
Can we try you out before committing to something bigger?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Start with a single page or small feature and judge us on communication, quality and how closely the build matches the brief.
Do you adapt to how our team already works?
Yes. Coding standards, design systems, project management tools and feedback channels, we build around what you already use rather than asking you to change process for us.

How is a project priced?
You'll get a fixed estimate and timeline once we've seen the brief or design files. Ongoing work can also run on a monthly capacity basis if that fits your pipeline better.
Who owns the code once the project is delivered?
You do. Once a project is paid for and handed over, the code is yours to use, modify or hand to another developer without restriction.
Will our client ever know Pixel2HTML was involved?
Only if you want them to. By default nothing we deliver carries our name, and we don't reference the project publicly without your permission.
What if we're not happy with the work?
If an early milestone doesn't match the agreed brief, we revise it at no extra cost. Tell us specifically what's off and we'll fix it before moving forward.
