What's covered
What confidentiality actually means here
This is what we commit to on every engagement, not just the ones that ask for it.
NDA before project details
We sign your NDA, or ours, before we see any client names, designs or code.
No public disclosure
Client and project names stay private. We don't list a project in our portfolio or case studies without your written permission.
White-label by default
Nothing we deliver carries our name, watermark or credit unless you specifically ask us to add it.
Restricted access
Only the developers assigned to your project see the files. Access is removed once the engagement ends.
Communication stays with you
We never contact your client directly. Every message goes through your team.
Questions
Common questions about confidentiality
4 questions
Do you sign our own NDA template?
Yes, in almost every case. If you have a standard agreement your legal team uses, send it over — we're used to working from a client's own paperwork rather than asking you to sign ours.
Who on your team sees our client's information?
Only the developers actually assigned to the project. We don't route files through a wider team or offshore intermediaries you haven't been told about.
Can we ask you never to reference this project publicly?
Yes. Plenty of our work never appears anywhere outside the client relationship it was built for, and we're glad to confirm that in writing.
What happens to our files after the project ends?
We retain what's needed for any agreed support period and remove access and local copies once that ends, or immediately if you ask us to.
Ready to get started?
Sign the NDA. Then send the project.
Send your standard agreement or ask for ours, and we'll have it signed before we ask for a single file.
Everything from that point stays between your team and ours.
NDA signed before we see anything. Delivered under your brand.
