For Agencies

How We Work With Agencies

A clear, repeatable process for handing off frontend, CMS, eCommerce or mobile work without losing visibility into what's happening or when.

The process

Six steps, start to finish

We keep things simple. You share the project, we review the details, agree on the scope, and then get to work.

  1. 01

    Send Us the Details

Share the designs, requirements, timeline and any technical notes. We'll review everything and come back with questions where needed.

  2. 02

    Agree on Scope and Timing

Once the details are clear, we'll confirm the cost, timeline and deliverables before development starts.

  3. 03

    We Start Building

Our team begins development and follows your preferred workflow, tools and coding standards.

  4. 04

    Review the Progress

You can review the work on staging and send feedback through Slack, Figma, BugHerd, Markup.io or your usual project-management tool.

  5. 05

    Testing and Final Checks

Before delivery, we check the design, responsiveness, browser compatibility, forms, functionality and overall performance.

  6. 06

    Launch and Support

We can hand over the completed project, help with launch, or continue with updates and maintenance after the site goes live.

What stays consistent

No matter the project

Fixed estimate before we start

You know the cost and timeline before any work begins, not after.

Review on staging, not email threads

Every build goes up on a staging link so you can see real progress, not screenshots.

Feedback through your tools

Slack, Figma, BugHerd, Markup.io or whatever your team already uses — we don't ask you to adopt ours.

Your stack, your conventions

We build in the language and framework the project already runs on, following your linting rules, branching model and component conventions rather than introducing our own.

QA before you ever see it

Design accuracy, responsiveness, browser compatibility and functionality are checked before handoff.

Questions

Common questions about our process

4 questions

Do you follow our coding standards?

Yes. If you have an existing style guide, linting rules or component conventions, send them over and we'll build to match rather than introducing our own.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We'll flag it as soon as it comes up and confirm any change to cost or timeline before continuing, rather than absorbing it silently or surprising you at delivery.

How do we track progress?

Through a staging link updated as we build, plus regular check-ins at whatever cadence you prefer: daily standup notes, weekly summaries, or milestone reviews.

Can you join our existing project management tool?

Yes. We regularly work inside a client's Jira, Asana, ClickUp or similar board rather than asking you to track things in a separate system.

Ready to get started?

Send us the details, we'll take it from there.

Share the designs, requirements and timeline, and we'll come back with scope, cost and a realistic delivery date.

You'll know what's happening and what comes next at every stage.
